Returns & Refunds Policy

At ChunkyChic Creationz2, each order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, customized, personalized, limited-edition, or produced specifically for your order, please review the following policy before making your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Regular, non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, design, and other available product options before completing their purchase. Please review all product information and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Custom & Personalized Products

Products that are customized, personalized, or made specifically to a customer's specifications are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed.

Once production has begun on a customized or personalized order, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

Vault, Clearance & Final-Sale Merchandise

All merchandise identified as Vault Sale, Clearance, Limited Inventory, or Final Sale is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, sizing selection, or customer preference.

This does not affect our handling of an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and the problem.

Once we review your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as applicable.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of an error by ChunkyChic Creationz2 or an eligible damaged/defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. ChunkyChic Creationz2 is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Gifts

Eligible merchandise received as a gift is subject to the same return conditions described in this policy. Refunds for purchases made by another person will generally be issued to the original payment method.
